- AROMATIC HOT/COLD THERAPY: Removable inserts contain dried eucalyptus leaves and lavender buds for fragrance and flaxseed to retain the moist heat to relax muscles and joints while soothing dry skin. Microwave on a rotating carousel for 30 seconds, not to exceed 1 minute. For cold therapy, place in a plastic bag and put in freezer for 30 minutes.
