This sandblaster gun and nozzle system is great for those that perform light sandblasting in typical garage style sandblasting cabinets or rooms. This simplistic but great working gun uses an adjustable valve that pinches the small hose shut so the valve doesn't wear out like traditional ball valves. Easily convert your old system to be much more maneuverable and easy to work with setup! Simply remove the hose clamp from the bottom tee and slip this reducer hose onto the old 1/2" ID outlet. This reducer converts your old 1/2" ID hose to an efficient 1/4" ID hose. The 1/4" clear hose is not your typical cheap tube found at hardware stores. It is a quality long-lasting, abrasive resistant hose suitable for sandblasting with a rated working pressure of 67 PSI @ 70°F and a burst pressure of 201 PSI @ 70°F. Every metal part that the abrasive comes in contain with is made of steel for long-lasting durability. Parts are a mixture of stainless steel and galvanized steel to prevent rust. It has been tested to work fine with a course, 70 grit to a fine 220 grit. The tip can be interchanged with any size if you plan to use it for course abrasive.
