This fire marshal approved cover is designed for areas where a “break glass” cover is specified, such as unsupervised areas. Housing is molded of super tough UV-stabilized red polycarbonate. Consists of: mounting frame, one pane of single-strength clear glass, a glass-breaking bar and anchors for easy installation. Glass is easily replaced when broken (STI model SUB-10 may be purchased separately). Fire alarm remains clearly visible and accessible. Fits virtually all manual pull stations. Fast and easy installation. Weather Gasket is available to improve weather resistance (STI model 3002 sold separately). Polycarbonate housing carries a three year guarantee against breakage and damage in normal use. NOTE: Local fire marshal approval should be obtained prior to installation.
