- This tool removes cylinder sleeves faster than ordinary pullers because it requires little setup time - cone adjustment positions puller jaws quickly then locking bar is tightened - ready to go
- To break 'frozen' sleeves loose, adjustable bridge is positioned on the cylinder block then bearing-mounted forcing nut is tightened
- Next, bridge is removed and slide hammer assembly is attached - with a few sharp hammer blows from the 5 lb. hammer, sleeve is pulled - an average of less than 2 minutes per cylinder in most cases
- Does not require any special adapters to pull sleeves due to adjustable jaw design; adjustable jaws allow use on cylinder sleeves ranging from 3 inches to as large as 6-1/2 inches in diameter
