Quick Release arca type plate set for Nikon FTZ adapter. When FTZ plate are installed and you are using L bracket there is no interface between them in most cases, and you can engage FTZ plate in a clamp without removing L bracket from camera. When you decide to engage setup using FTZ plate it can be used with clamp jaws running perpendicular or parallel to camera.
