The 12300A-LED New Construction housing is compatible with all 2-inch LED downlights from NICOR. This housing features an IDEAL quick connect adapter, making downlight installation as easy as possible. The 12300A-LED housing is Insulation Contact Rated (IC-Rated) and Airtight to keep your home or office insulated and energy efficient. The hanger bars (with pre-set nails) can extend out to reach 24-inch joists, and shortened to accomodate 12-inch joists. The 12300A-LED accepts 120-277V and is pre-wired for 0-10V dimming. The housing is Energy Star rated and Title 24 compliant, and Wet-Location rated when used with non-adjustable downlights, or Damp-Location rated when used with adjustable downlights (such as eyeballs and gimbals).
