- SOLDERING KIT CONTENTS: Our PI-40SiK kit has a professional butane soldering iron, two (2) pre-tinned solder tips, a hot knife tip, a heat shrink reflector, lead-free solder, a sponge/tray, and a protective cap. All of these are placed in a hard-shell case. You get all the soldering tools you need in one pack.
- CORDLESS AND PORTABLE: Using butane fuel, you can solder conveniently without dealing with tangled wires. You can perform soldering or welding work freely because our butane-powered soldering is lightweight. Weight: 3.3oz (.21 lbs; 93 grams) without fuel.
- ADJUSTABLE SOLDERING TEMP: Easily control the cordless soldering iron's temperature from 635°F to 900°F (335°C to 482°C) and solder different temperature applications. The feature makes it easier to deal with heat-sensitive or temp-specific components. Our soldering iron also has an adjustable open flame function (butane torch).
- LONGER RUN TIME: PI-40SiK portable soldering iron has a refillable tank capacity of approximately 0.31oz/8.25g. One butane refill will last up to 75 minutes of run time. For better performance, fuel the soldering irons with our Master Ultratane butane fuel.
- MULTIPLE APPLICATIONS: Our butane soldering iron kit is designed to shrink electrical connectors, shrink tubing, cordless soldering, light gauge welding, and for installation and repairs in electronics assembly. It is also used as an open flame torch, making it a highly-functional addition to a soldering station.
