  • Permanent and high durability - Laser marking creates a permanent mark on the plastic surface that is resistant to wear, tear, and environmental conditions, ensuring long-lasting visibility.
  • Laser Compatibility - Fiber or YAG laser
  • Application - must be included in the molding process, injection molding, blow molding, etc. This already contains both a laser additive and a black colorant. We advise against adding more colorant, as it could be counterproductive and may hinder the laser marking process.
  • Precision and high resolution - Laser marking offers finer details and more precise marking compared to hot stamping, making it suitable for intricate designs or small text.
  • No consumables or tooling required - Laser marking does not require the use of inks, dyes, or tooling, reducing operational costs and the need for frequent maintenance.
  • Note that our Lazact Additive products cannot be used on the surface of pre-molded plastics. It has to be mixed in an injection molding process.
