Hoppe aluminium narrow plate door handle set for profile doors; storage: door handles fixed/rotatable, return spring, maintenance-free plain bearing; connection: Hoppe quick pin; substructure: Zamak, support cams; attachment: covered, continuous, with threaded screws M6. With conventional door handle assembly, many steps must be carried out, which also require frequent reach. This is tedious and takes time. Significantly faster and better: the HOPPPE quick pin connection. With this advanced technology, the door handles are permanently fixed in place with a single movement. The core of the technology is the clamping mechanism developed by us in the door handle hole part. This holds the full square pin of the door handle pin part and clamps it permanently and without playing. Thanks to the full square spindle, the complete square cross-section is used for maximum torque transmission. The HOPPPE quick pin connection is a fully axial door handle connection, tested according to DIN EN 1906 and can be used for various door thicknesses (within a defined range).
