This hose powers your electric power brush by plugging in the pigtail cord verses other 'direct connect' type hoses which require different powered inlets. Our dual-voltage hose with an 8-foot pigtail cord allows the use of an electrified vacuum power head with older central vacuum systems or when power valves are not practical to install. Just plug the pigtail cord into a nearby electrical outlet to power your electrified power head. On/Off switching is still done conveniently at the handle. This hose is finished in the more contemporary style of black ends and a silver-gray hose.
