Designed around the "Embrace Wide, Stay Close" philosophy, this new addition completes the most versatile large-format prime lens set available, delivering an uncompromising cinematic wide-angle experience with exceptional control and a uniquely intimate 29cm minimum focus distance. Since the Arles series debuted on June 12th this year, the call for an 18mm focal length has been consistent. Bridging the gap between the 14mm and 21mm lenses in the collection, the new 18mm fulfills this demand, rounding out the Arles series to a complete 11-lens kit (14, 18, 21, 25, 35, 40, 50, 75, 100, 135, 180mm) and enhancing its capability for any professional production.
